One Size Doesn’t Fit All… Prepare for Your New Countertops!
Bradley Stone is typically booked out 2-3 weeks in advance for template scheduling (though busy seasons
may extend these timelines). If you’re not ready to confirm dates at the point of sale, please remember to
contact your sales representative at least 3 weeks before you’ll need a template date. This helps ensure
everything goes smoothly!
Our team will need between 1-3 hours to measure your space, so plan accordingly. Please note, we don’t schedule templates after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays.
On the day of the template, all base cabinets, panels, and fillers must be fully installed, secured, and level
within 1/8” tolerance. If your existing countertops are still in place, make sure all surfaces are completely
cleared off. Additionally, if Bradley Stone isn’t providing your sink(s), faucet(s), and any accessory that requires
a hole or drilling, needs to be on-site at the time of template. It’s essential for a decision maker to be present
during the entire process to review, approve, and sign off on all details.
Your installation date will be scheduled at the same time as your template, unless otherwise noted. Like templates, we do not schedule installs after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays.
Bradley Stone prides itself on quick turnarounds for our clients, typically completing installs within 2-3 weeks
after templating. However, more complex jobs may take a little longer. To ensure the safety of our team,
please make sure there is a clear and safe path for our crew to carry the countertops into your home. As much
as we adore your furry friends, we kindly ask that they are safely secured while our team is on site.
The duration of the installation will depend on the complexity of the job.
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your template or installation, please provide at
least 2 business days’ notice by contacting Alex at 440-519-3277.
Cancellations with less than 2 business days’ notice will incur a $175.00 fee.
Re-template fees may apply $175.00 fee.
